1. Enoxaparin (LOVENOX) 40mg Subcutaneous every 24 hours
2. Insulin lispzo (Humalog; ADMELOG) Injection subcutaneous 0-5 unit (Patient not diabetic, blood sugar was 68)
3. Prednisone (Deltasone) table 60mg, oral
4. Vitamin D
